Anxious and stressed minds are safe here. I am a psychotherapist with years of experience. I have worked with individuals and their families dealing with a wide range of struggles. I have provided therapy and counseling to clients who battle with depression, anxiety, social phobias, mood disorders, personality disorders, and suicidal ideation. Also, I have experience in with working with individuals dealing with psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective, etc.
My approach to therapy is acknowledging that we are a team, and my role is to provide support and become your biggest cheerleader during this mental health journey. I am trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I believe that every person and their story is different, so having multiple therapy interventions at my disposal allows me to approach issues in different ways. I am warm and interactive with my clients providing a safe and comfortable environment.
