This group focuses on helping teenage girls between 14-18 navigate the complexities of school, social life, and personal challenges. Whether they’re dealing with anxiety, self-worth issues, or feeling unheard, this group empowers them to create healthy routines, manage emotions, and communicate more effectively.
Participants will learn to:

Art Therapy Group:
Anxiety & Self-Esteem Support for Ages 11-13
For younger preteens (ages 11-13), our art therapy group provides a creative outlet to help manage anxiety and boost self-esteem. This six-week program uses therapeutic art activities such as identity collages and inner/outer self-masks to encourage self-exploration, build confidence, and develop stronger connections with others. Your child’s natural creativity will help them uncover their strengths while developing essential coping skills.
Social Skills Group for Middle Schoolers: Strengthening Friendships and Emotional Awareness
Middle school can be a challenging time for many children, especially when it comes to making friends and managing emotions. Our six-week Social Skills Group helps middle schoolers (ages 11-13) improve communication skills, learn conflict resolution, and develop emotional self-awareness. Through creative activities and peer interaction, your child will gain the tools they need to build meaningful and lasting friendships.

We offer teen group therapy as a $50 weekly investment for a 75-minute session. Additionally, all group services are private pay, and while we do not accept insurance directly, we provide itemized receipts for in-network or out-of-network reimbursement upon request. Group rates range from $50 to $100.
