Sharine Berry, MA, LLMFT Licensed Clinician
Sharine has over 10 years of experience working within the Mental Health community. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Couneling Psychology from Rochester College. After accepting a position in a Commuity Mental Health Hospital, Sharine decided to enroll in The Chicago School of Professional Psychology to complete her Master’s in Psychology and Certificate as a Behavioral Specialist. Ultimately realizing, to be most effective, you have to treat the system to address the problem, Sharine enrolled in Northcentral University Marriage and Family Therapy degree program.
Sharine has experience working with children through adulthood who have been diagnosed with Depression, Anxiety, Autism, Learning Disabilities, Trauma and Abuse. This includes working with families and couples in distress. Additionaly, Sharine has experience conducting individual and group sessions for Substance Abuse, Domestic Violence and Anger Management.
Sharine’s professional style of therapy includes Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, CBT and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
We are human and mistakes happen; its our response to that mistake that effect our outcomes. To be most effective as a Clinician every client is treated from where they are. Together we make change, 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month and 1 year at a time.
