Gottman 7 Principles Workshop for Couples
The Seven Principles Workshop is based on the internationally acclaimed research of Dr. John Gottman as presented within the New York Times bestselling book- The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work. The workshop is compiled of educational and private couple interactive exercises, to help couples improve their friendship, conflict management skills and consistency. The workshop is open to couples regardless of age, orientation and relationship status. Whether you are married or dating for 1 year or together for 15, you are welcome to attend, as the workshop is built to provide communication skills and improve the relationship through fundamental changes for sustaining a healthy relationship.
The workshop is led by Siedah Spencer-Ardis, MA, LMFT, Gottman Trained Therapist and certified trainer. Siedah is passionate about working with couples and creating a place of continuous growth

Light refreshments and breakfast pastries will be provided. There will be additional snack and refreshments provided throughout the course, however, please feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks if you would like. Lunch break will be on your own.
