In pursuing my master’s in clinical psychology from Michigan School of Psychology I am excited to work with you. I have received extensive training in applied behavior analysis, cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems theory, and multicultural counseling.
Born and raised in India, I bring a unique cultural perspective to my practice, sensitively addressing the diverse needs of my clients.
My areas of specialization include family therapy, relationship counseling, anxiety, depression, trauma, and cultural adjustment issues.
In my practice, I emphasize empathy, empowerment, and personal growth. I work collaboratively with clients to identify strengths, address challenges, and develop tailored strategies for achieving mental health and wellness. I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space for individuals from all backgrounds.
