Karen Vogt, Master’s Level Student Intern
Hi there! My name is Karen Vogt, and I am thrilled to be sharing a bit about myself with you. I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at National University, and I couldn’t be more excited about this next chapter in my life.
Growing up, I always had a deep sense of empathy and a desire to help others. It led me to pursue a career in social work, where I have spent the past 15 years working with individuals from various walks of life. My approach is rooted in the belief that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to provide guidance and support as you navigate the challenges that come your way. I am particularly drawn to working with adolescents, young adults, and adults, as I believe this stage of life is filled with unique opportunities for growth and self-discovery. When I’m not busy with my studies or working with clients, you can often find me exploring the beauty of nature. There’s something incredibly rejuvenating about being outdoors and connecting with the world around us. I also find solace in reading and spending quality time with my grandchildren and my adorable dog.
Above all, I am deeply committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those I work with. I am here to support you, to listen without judgment, and to help you uncover your inner strength and resilience. Together, we can navigate the challenges you face and work towards a brighter and
